What the contact form collects

First name, last name, email address, phone number, your message, and optionally what you need and which machine you have. Nothing else is requested and no other information is gathered from you.

What happens to it

Your message is emailed to Todd through SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. It is not stored on this website — there is no database and no copy is kept here. Todd’s email inbox is the only place your message exists once it is delivered.

Logs

The site records whether a message was delivered successfully, when, and how long it took. These records never contain your name, email address, phone number or the content of your message.

Cookies

A single session cookie is set on the contact page only, to protect the form against cross-site request forgery. Every other page on this site sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking script anywhere on this website.

Third parties

• SMTP2GO delivers the contact form email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions are not automated.
• Google Maps loads only if you click “Show map” on the contact page. Nothing is requested from Google before you do.
